:

- Manage daily factory work & make sure everything runs smoothly

- Supervise purchase: buy raw materials at best price & maintain stock

- Handle production: quality control & less wastage

- Ensure cleanliness & follow company rules

- Manage factory staff & maintain discipline

- Handle stock, packing, and dispatch of goods

Reporting to Management:

- Provide daily/weekly updates on production, stock levels, and dispatch

- Report any issues in operations, quality, or manpower

- Share basic cost tracking and suggestions for efficiency improvement

- Maintain proper records and documentation for review

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
