Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Factory Maintenance Manager to manage the complete maintenance and engineering operations of our jewellery manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of plant machinery, electrical systems, utilities, and factory infrastructure while minimizing equipment downtime.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day factory maintenance and engineering activities.
- Plan and implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance programs.
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of jewellery manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Handle maintenance of electrical systems, machinery, compressors, DG sets, HVAC, pumps, air-conditioning systems, panels, and other utilities.
- Diagnose equipment failures and ensure timely corrective action to minimize production downtime.
- Conduct regular inspection of machinery, electrical installations, and factory infrastructure.
- Maintain records of breakdowns, preventive maintenance, service schedules, and equipment history.
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and equipment suppliers for repairs, AMC, servicing, and installations.
- Manage maintenance spares, tools, consumables, and inventory.
- Prepare maintenance schedules and monitor their timely completion.
- Lead and supervise technicians, electricians, helpers, and other maintenance staff.
- Coordinate with the Production Department to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
- Monitor maintenance expenses and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Identify recurring equipment issues and implement long-term corrective and preventive solutions.




- Ensure compliance with electrical safety, fire safety, factory safety, and statutory requirements.
- Support installation, commissioning, modification, and relocation of new machinery and equipment.
- Maintain proper documentation related to maintenance, equipment, vendors, AMC, and service reports.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely and according to company standards.

Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- 7–12 years of relevant experience in factory, plant, manufacturing, or industrial maintenance.
- Experience in managing electrical and mechanical maintenance operations.
- Strong knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Experience in handling plant machinery, utilities, electrical systems, HVAC, DG, compressors, and other factory equipment.
- Good knowledge of maintenance planning, spare-parts management, and vendor coordination.
- Strong team-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of factory safety and statutory compliance.
- Experience in jewellery manufacturing or a similar precision manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
