We are lo oking for an experienced Facility Manager with hands-on experience in commercial property and facility management.

EP knowledge – Electrical, Plumbing & Mechanical• Prevent ive maintenance & breakdown coordination• Lift, G enerator, STP & Fire Safety systems• RWA / C lient Committee & client coordination• Safety,

compliance & facility documentation• Excel &

basic reporting

Requirem e nts:• Graduat e/Diploma in Facility Management, Hospitality or a related field preferred• Hands-o n facility management experience preferred• Fresher s with the right attitude and basic knowledge can also apply
