Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Management Regional Lead - Soft Services to oversee soft services operations across multiple locations. The role will be responsible for service delivery, team management, vendor coordination, compliance, and maintaining high standards of facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage soft services operations across the region.

- Oversee housekeeping, security, front office, pest control, landscaping and other support services.

- Manage regional teams, site managers and service personnel.

- Ensure compliance with SOPs, SLAs, KPIs and client requirements.

- Manage vendors, contractors and service partners.

- Conduct regular site audits and ensure service quality.

- Handle client relationships, escalations and grievance resolution.

- Monitor manpower deployment, attendance and productivity.

- Control operational costs and support budgeting.

- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety and facility standards.

- Prepare MIS reports and provide regular performance updates to management.
