Fabric Store Coordinator – Quotations & Vendor Management

About the Role

We are looking for a Fabric Store Coordinator to handle order coordination, quotation preparation, and vendor management for our fabric store. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a fabric shop or furnishing store and have a good understanding of fabrics and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and record customer orders accurately.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate the required fabric/materials accordingly.
- Prepare and share quotations based on fabric selections, quantities, and pricing.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding product availability, pricing, orders, and deliveries.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
- Maintain and update vendor details, pricing, quotations, and order records.
- Coordinate between customers, vendors, and the internal team to ensure smooth order processing.
- Follow up on pending quotations, orders, and deliveries.




- Maintain accurate data entry and documentation related to orders and quotations.
- Ensure all order and quotation details are properly recorded and updated.

Mandatory Requirements
- Previous experience in a fabric shop/store is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of fabrics and furnishing materials.
- Experience in quotation preparation and order handling.
- Good vendor coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and follow up on timelines.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and good at communication and follow-ups, with practical experience in a fabric shop. The candidate should be comfortable handling customer orders, preparing quotations, and coordinating with multiple vendors. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
