1. Monitor daily throughput for Carbon Steel 2D-3D Piping Spools under DCMF plant requirements and provide comprehensive inputs on time.
2. Monitor 2D-3D type of Pipe Spools Fabrication and delivery in applicable specifications, codes, standards, regulatory requirements ensuring deliverable's within project schedules.
3. Monitoring DCMF 2D-3D Pipi spools throughput & documentation complying to scope, customer specifications, design codes requirements. Also to ensure first time right inputs to Pipe Spools Fabrication shops
4. Work as per KPI's in line with 2D-3D Pipe Spools fabrication shop objectives for DCMF plant. Ensure adherence to Internal procedures/ processes , timely documentation and approvals from Inspection
5. optimize processes for 2D-3D Piping Spools fabrication, NDT, Testing and Customer approval as per specifications and quality assurance as per project QAP and Schedule.
