Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Export Manager role based in Gurugram.

The Export

Manager will oversee end-to-end export operations, including documentation, compliance with international trade regulations, and coordination with logistics partners. The role involves developing and executing export strategies, identifying new international markets, and building strong relationships with overseas clients and distributors.

Manager will collaborate with sales and finance teams to manage pricing, payment terms, and forecasts, while monitoring performance against business targets.



The position also requires regular reporting on export activities, market trends, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong export operations knowledge, including export documentation, customs procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Skills in business planning and strategy development, with the ability to set goals and track performance.
- Experience in international business and international trade, including familiarity with global markets and trade practices.
- Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with international clients and partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP/CRM systems; comfort with data analysis and reporting.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to managing risks and meeting deadlines.
