? Export Promotion – Executive / Coordinator

? Location: Karol bagh

? Experience: 1–3 Years | Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply

? Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate export promotion activities for Toys, Games & Sports
- Support international buyer meetings, trade delegations, exhibitions, webinars and B2B interactions
- Coordinate with Government departments, embassies, trade bodies and international stakeholders
- Assist in international market development and export initiatives
- Prepare professional emails, presentations, reports, meeting notes and follow-ups
- Maintain databases and track meetings, commitments and action points
- Communicate with TAI members regarding export opportunities and Government initiatives




- Support the President and Head – Export Promotion in day-to-day coordination and follow-ups

? Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in International Business, International Trade, Foreign Trade, Economics, Business Administration or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Export Promotion, International Trade, Trade Development or Executive Coordination preferred
- Strong spoken and written English & Hindi
- Excellent communication, coordination and follow-up skills
- Good command of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Professional presentation and robust interpersonal skills
- Freshers with a strong academic background in International Business/Foreign Trade may also be considered
