- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in US truck dispatching and Freight Brokerage
- Knowledge of Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, OTR, and Drayage operations.
- Experience with DAT, Truckstop, GPS tracking, and dispatch or TMS software.
- Good understanding of US states, cities, freight lanes, and transit times.
- Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple loads and prioritize urgent operational issues.
- Strong coordination, time management, and problem-solving skills.
