We are looking for a Expert Interview & Profile Executive to join a growing HappinessCue team in Jaipur.

Responsibilities

- The role will support individuals using HappinessCue for career and professional guidance, including career direction, job search, interview readiness, career transitions, workplace challenges and skilled growth.
- The person will understand the requirement, coordinate with suitable experts, track conversations and help clients move smoothly from enquiry to guidance.
- Candidates from career services, recruitment, HR, learning, client servicing or other people-facing backgrounds are welcome.
- The role is hands-on and suits someone who enjoys taking ownership rather than simply passing enquiries between teams.
- The successful candidate will be expected to communicate clearly,



keep commitments visible and make the experience easier for the person seeking guidance.

- The expected experience range is 0-4 years; strong candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered.
- HappinessCue is a non-medical guidance platform, so this role does not involve diagnosis, clinical treatment or medical advice.
