Job Title: Export & Import Executive

Location: Vidyavihar, Mumbai

Experience: 3+ Years in Export & Import (EXIM)

Salary: ₹3.60lpa to 5.40lpa

Gender: Male

Shift: Day Shift – 9:00 AM to 6:45 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday + Any 2 Saturdays Off

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred.

About Company

We are a professionally managed consultancy company providing services for claim of benefits of export promotion schemes under foreign trade policy and procedures. We provide most of our services to Multinational Corporations such as those among the Fortune 500 companies or their equivalents in India.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Export & Import (EXIM) operations.

- Planning and preparation of application as per FOREIGN TRADE POLICY

- Coordinate with clients to obtain signatures and schedule review meetings for pending tasks.

- Preparation of quotation and List of documents required for various schemes under FOREIGN TRADE POLICY

- Prepare Tax Invoices and coordinate with clients.

- Followup for payments from concerned clients.

- Handle export and import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bills of entry, BL/AWB, certificates,



and other relevant documents.

- Ensure compliance with customs, DGFT, and other applicable EXIM regulations.

- Prepare and verify commercial documents, ensuring accuracy in all EXIM paperwork.

- Handle queries related to shipments, DGFT, customs clearance, and delivery.

- Maintain MIS reports and provide regular updates to management.

- Ensure smooth coordination between team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good coordination and negotiation skills.

- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.

- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.

- Ability to manage multiple shipments independently and deadlines.

- Must be responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.

Candidate Preference

- Male candidates preferred.

- Candidates with 3+ years of hands-on EXIM experience.

- Candidates with excellent communication skills.

- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

- Candidates who can independently handle end-to-end Export & Import operations will be preferred.
