Role & responsibilities

Summary-

The Product Development Executive will support short-term product development initiatives under the guidance of the Technical Manager. This role involves hands-on testing, evaluation, and formulation of products using new raw materials, along with benchmarking and analytical reporting.

Key Responsibilities-

- Assist in executing product development, testing, and evaluation tasks.
- Analyze and integrate recent raw materials (e.g., pigments, resins, additives) into formulations.
- Conduct benchmarking studies and compile analytical reports.
- Learn and apply methodologies related to product development and testing.
- Lab evaluations within timelines & experimentations for new products and cost savings
- Adherence to safety, 5S practices in lab and lab processes
- Reports for benchmarking including application testing
- Ensure update benchmarking studies of competitor products
