The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative, analytical, and coordination support to the Management team, ensuring effective execution of Sales strategies, business planning, and cross-functional alignment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning

- Assist in preparing sales strategies, business plans, and market entry presentations.
- Track sales performance, targets, and KPIs across markets.
- Support pricing analysis, competitor benchmarking, and market intelligence.
- Coordinate strategic initiatives and follow up on action items.

Reporting & Data Management

- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and periodic sales analysis.
- Consolidate sales forecasts, order status, and revenue data.
- Maintain accurate records of customers, distributors, and key accounts.

Coordination & Communication

- Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
- Coordinate meetings, reviews, and strategy discussions with internal and external stakeholders.




- Handle communication with overseas distributors and partners, as required.

Administrative & Executive Support

- Draft professional emails, presentations, and internal communications.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive business and strategic information.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of sales processes and international markets
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
- Solid communication and coordination abilities.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualification & Experience:

- MBA (Sales, Marketing,International Business preferred) Preferably from B Schools.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in strategy-related roles.
- Experience in manufacturing / Construction equipment is an added advantage.
