Rejection percentage within limits. Planning for the rechecking & rework process, if any,Intimation & Follow-up of Machine/Moulds/all auxiliaries under breakdown or in preventive maintenance with Level 1 officers/ Maintenance dept. /Tool Room to resume production. Following all SOP's, Work instructions for Moulding Department.Maintaining the locations for Raw Material bags & Boxes of Semifinished, Finished Goods material as per desired location provided by department.Workmen rotation & their work allocation.Performing Visual & Fitment inspection in every 4 hours. Timely & hourly updation of Daily Production records.Unloading & loading of Mould.Work as per defined SOP's, Work instructions.Planning for the rechecking & rework process, if any,Monitoring the loading of RM into Hopper loader for preheating.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
