Role & responsibilities
1. Process analysis and identifying gaps to improve existing process performance.
2. Knowledge of Scale-up activity, participate in Tech transfer activity.
3. Basic knowledge of process package that include Mass Balance, Energy balance, hydraulic load calculation, Piping and line sizing, pump calculation etc.
4. Basic equipment design, like Reactor capacity, Distillation column design, Selection of vacuum pump.
5. Valuable knowledge of Mixing technology, Fluid mechanics and Chemical reaction Engineering.
6. Aware with different safety requirement like HAZOP , JSA , HIRA etc..
7. Able to prepare PFD , Block diagram and P & ID.
8. Aware with Project management system, member of project execution team.
9. Having knowledge of design software like Chem Cad and Auto Cad .
10. Aware with SAP system.
11. Fair knowledge on ETP operation.
