We are looking for a Executive/ Senior Executive - Social Media & Content to create compelling, platform-specific content that strengthens our digital presence and engagement. The role involves transforming stories, data, field updates and campaigns into impactful content. It also requires occasional field visits, interacting with beneficiaries and teams, and developing human-interest stories that inspire awareness and action.

Role & responsibilities

- Create engaging, platform-specific content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube.
- Draft captions, micro-stories, social posts and scripts for videos and Reels.
- Develop content aligned with campaigns, programme updates and priorities.
- Travel to schools, kitchens, communities and project locations to gather stories from beneficiaries, teachers and field staff.
- Conduct interviews and collect quotes, anecdotes and updates for platforms.
- Capture photographs and video clips using a smartphone.




- Transform field insights into human-interest content.
- Stay updated with trends, formats and storytelling styles.
- Identify opportunities for Reels, carousels, impact posts and real-time content.
- Generate ideas based on field experiences.
- Support content calendars and campaign planning.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, photographers and media teams.
- Ensure delivery of content.
- Maintain accuracy, clarity, sensitivity, dignity and privacy across content.
- Ensure stories align with organisational values, safeguarding guidelines and impact frameworks.
- Maintain relevant brand standards across all content.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors Degree in any discipline
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
