Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for Production Planning for one of the Verticals, ensuring 100% Capacity Utilization while maintaining S&OP-agreed; Inventory Targets for FG and RM.

- Minimize Changeovers while ensuring Order Fulfilment is not impacted.

- Ensure Order Fulfilment and Forecast Fulfilment are above target.

- Analyze and provide insights on supply and demand constraints, potential risks and opportunities, and actions for inventory optimization.

- Ensure the Production Plan generated by the system is adhered to by all Production Units.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualification

- Textile Engineering preferred / Engineering graduates with relevant Apparel PPC (Production Planning & Control) experience.

Preferred Experience & Skills





- Experience in Production Planning, PPC, Supply Chain Planning, or related functions, preferably in the Apparel/Textile industry.

- Strong understanding of production planning, capacity planning, inventory management, and order fulfilment.

- Experience in working with ERP/MRP or production planning systems.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good understanding of S&OP; and demand-supply planning processes.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with Production, Merchandising, Procurement, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders.

- Robust communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
