Job Summary

We are looking for an Executive – Sampling to manage customer sample dispatches, sample and packing material inventory, and courier coordination. The role requires good coordination, documentation and MS Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Check and process sample requirements received from the Sales Team.
- Pack and dispatch samples as per specifications.
- Prepare sample-related documents such as COA, Sample Letter, Declaration and MSDS.
- Coordinate with courier agencies for sample pickup and delivery.
- Share shipment details with customers and follow up for receipt.
- Maintain and update sample stock in IMS and initiate replenishment when required.
- Coordinate for procurement and receipt of samples and packing materials.
- Check incoming samples and packing materials against requirements/specifications.




- Maintain proper storage and records of samples and packing materials.
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier coordination and maintain courier records.
- Update relevant MIS/Excel records on a timely basis.
- Edit Certificates of Analysis (COA) as required.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in Administration / Logistics.
- Experience in the chemical / paints industry will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel is required.
- Basic understanding of Administration/Logistics activities.
- Positive communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good time management and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
