Executive - Sales and Logistics

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Issue work orders and track shop floor progress.
- Coordinate logistics and stay up-to-date on dispatches and shipments to be received.
- Communicate effectively and professionally in person, via phone, and through written correspondence.
- Implement and follow up on data collection initiatives defined by leadership, compile data, and generate reports as needed.
- Support the implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency.

HARD QUALIFICATIONS

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications. Ability to use macros and automate processes in Excel would be highly appreciated.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Verbal Fluency in Kannada is essential for this role, in addition to proficiency in English. Any fluency in Hindi would be highly appreciated.




- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Ability to grasp new technology and procedures when provided with relevant guidance.

SOFT QUALIFICATIONS

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to cultivate genuine connections with employees across all levels of the organization.
- Willing to take up new responsibilities under broad or limited supervision and ability to analyse and resolve problems.
- Must present oneself in a professional manner and be well-groomed.
