Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead branding, communication, and market positioning initiatives for our solar PV modules. This is a pure marketing role with a focus on awareness, engagement, and brand leadership — not sales. The ideal candidate will combine technical product understanding with innovative marketing strategies to strengthen our presence in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Marketing & Brand Positioning

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and credibility.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and positioning strategies.
- Define and articulate the unique value proposition of our solar module products for different target audiences.
- Research & Data Analysis on Market Trend

2. Marketing Content & Collateral Development
- Create high-quality marketing materials including brochures, presentations, website content, videos, and case studies.
- Manage creative campaigns across print, digital, and social media platforms.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates our technical strengths.
- Manager Digital presence , Expos , Lead Generation Management
- Trac competitor activity and pricing
- Develop Channel partner and Mktg collateral

3. Events, PR & Industry Engagement
- Plan and coordinate participation in exhibitions, trade shows, webinars,



and industry conferences.
- Build relationships with industry associations, media outlets, and thought leaders to increase brand visibility.
- Develop PR initiatives to strengthen corporate image and market credibility.

4. Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with product, engineering, and management teams to gather technical insights for marketing purposes.
- Provide marketing input for product launches, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, brand reach, and audience engagement.
- Use data and analytics to refine strategies for maximum impact.
- Research & Data Analysis on Market Trend

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) preferred; MBA in Marketing desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in marketing roles within the solar or renewable energy industry (non-sales).
- Strong understanding of solar PV technology and market trends in India.
- Exceptional communication, branding, and creative content development skills.
- Strong project management abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and travel occasionally for marketing events.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

- Proficiency in design and creative tools such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools).
- Familiarity with video editing software for marketing campaigns.
- Excellent writing skills and content creation
- Data driven knowledge
