Key Responsibilities

- Process new client KYC and account opening requests accurately and within defined timelines.

- Verify client documents including PAN, Aadhaar/address proof, bank details, income proof and other mandatory documents.

- Perform data entry, verification and updation of client information in relevant KYC/back-office systems.

- Check KYC applications for completeness, accuracy and compliance before processing.

- Coordinate for resolution of KYC discrepancies, incomplete documentation and rejected applications.

- Support KRA/CKYC-related processing, modifications and client detail updates.

- Process client requests for changes in address, bank details, contact details, nominee and other KYC information.

- Maintain proper records and documentation for audit and regulatory requirements.

- Ensure adherence to SEBI, Exchange, Depository, PMLA/KYC norms and internal SOPs applicable to the role.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth and timely client account activation.

- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive client information.





- Support the team during internal, statutory and regulatory audits/inspections.

Key Skills Required

- Basic understanding of KYC and account-opening processes in the stock broking/securities industry.

- Good attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage routine transactions within defined TATs and SOPs.

- High level of integrity and confidentiality while handling client data.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.

- 02 years of experience in KYC, Demat, Account Opening or Broking Operations.

- Freshers with relevant knowledge and strong learning ability may also be considered.

- Prior experience in a Stock Broking / Securities / Depository Participant workplace will be preferred.
