The job responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

IT Infrastructure and Technical Support

- Provide desktop and laptop troubleshooting support across MUR, RMD and ESD divisions.

- Install, configure and maintain Windows operating systems and application software.

- Resolve hardware, software, printer and peripheral-related issues.

- Handle Outlook configuration, troubleshooting and user support.

Network and Security Management

- Manage and troubleshoot LAN, WAN and network connectivity issues.

- Monitor and maintain firewall configurations across all divisions.

- Ensure network security, availability and performance.

Systems and Surveillance Management

- Administer and support CCTV systems, including monitoring and troubleshooting.

- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and upgrades of IT infrastructure.

- Support ERP users and resolve day-to-day system-related issues.

Helpdesk and IT Operations

- Manage and resolve IT support requests through the ticketing system.

- Ensure timely closure of IT tickets and user complaints.

- Maintain IT assets, user accounts and system documentation.





- Provide technical support and training to users on IT systems and applications.

Mandatory Requirements

- Solid knowledge of Desktop and Laptop Troubleshooting.

- Hands-on experience in LAN/WAN Network Management.

- Knowledge of Firewall Administration and Network Security.

- Experience in CCTV System Management.

- Good understanding of Outlook troubleshooting and user support.

- Experience in IT Ticketing Tools and Helpdesk Operations.

- Knowledge of Windows installation, configuration and software troubleshooting.

- Solid problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to support users across multiple locations/divisions.

- ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

- Manufacturing industry background preferred.

- BCS, B.E. (IT), or equivalent qualification preferred.

- Exposure to ERP systems and IT infrastructure management.
