About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Indirect Purchase professional for a leading engineering and manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, vendor management, cost negotiation and end-to-end procurement of engineering-related items.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle Indirect Purchase / Procurement activities.
- Source and procure Jigs & Fixtures, Tooling Parts, Assembly Line Commodities, PLC, Fabrication and other engineering-related items.
- Identify and develop new vendors for required materials and services.
- Float RFQs, evaluate quotations and conduct price/cost analysis.
- Negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing, quality and delivery.
- Manage the complete procurement process from RFQ to PO and final delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.




- Ensure timely availability of materials as per business requirements.
- Monitor vendor performance, pricing and delivery commitments.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Indirect Purchase / Procurement
- Experience in Jigs & Fixtures / Tooling / Fabrication / PLC / Assembly Line commodities
- Good knowledge of Costing & Price Analysis
- Robust Vendor Development & Negotiation skills
- Good understanding of RFQ to PO process
- Experience in an Engineering / Manufacturing workplace

Candidate Profile:

- 3-4 years of relevant procurement/purchase experience
- Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die Making
- Strong technical understanding of engineering procurement
- Good communication and negotiation skills
