HR Executive- Fresher (Pref HM Students)

About the Role

We are looking for an HR Executive to join our HR team. The role will primarily focus on blue-collar recruitment, along with handling whitecollar hiring requirements across hospitality, restaurants, production, and service operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, with a major focus on blue-collar hiring.
- Source and recruit candidates for hotel, hospitality, restaurant, production, and service staff.
- Handle recruitment for positions across both blue-collar and whitecollar categories.
- Source candidates through job portals, recruitment agencies, references, social media, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure regular follow-ups with candidates.
- Coordinate the complete joining and onboarding process of selected candidates.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements.




- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates to management.
- Support other HR activities and day-to-day HR operations as required.

Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Any Graduate / Hotel Management or Hospitality-related qualification.
- Experience: 0–1 years in HR domain; candidates with strong recruitment and documentation exposure will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in blue-collar recruitment, hospitality, hotel, restaurant, production, or service staff hiring will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a robust interest in recruitment may also apply.
- Good communication, coordination, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume recruitment and work with multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Should be proactive, energetic, and comfortable with target-oriented recruitment.

What We Are Looking For

Someone who is hands-on with recruitment, especially blue-collar hiring, and can independently source, screen, coordinate, and close candidates for multiple operational requirements.
