- Coordinating payroll inputs, reimbursements, employee benefits and insurance with the Finance team.
- Maintaining HR dashboards and reports covering headcount, hiring, attrition, attendance and other relevant people metrics.
- Acting as a primary point of contact for employee queries relating to policies, benefits and HR processes.
- Supporting performance-management processes,
employee engagement initiatives and organisational development activities.

Responsibilities will include
- Managing office supplies, assets, equipment and inventory records, including periodic physical verification.
- Coordinating with vendors for facilities, repairs, maintenance and other office services.
- Managing purchase orders, administrative invoices and supporting expense reconciliation.
- Coordinating business travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, ground transportation and associated documentation.
- Managing meeting-room requirements, visitor coordination and office access.
- Supporting internal meetings, team activities and company events, including venue, logistics and catering arrangements.
- Maintaining organised physical and digital administrative records and vendor documentation.
- Supporting seating arrangements, office moves and evolving workspace requirements as the company grows.
- Coordinating closely with Finance, Engineering and leadership teams on operational requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR, people operations and/or office administration.
- Demonstrated experience managing recruitment and employee lifecycle processes independently.
- Robust understanding of HR documentation, attendance, leave, payroll coordination and labour-law compliance.
- Excellent organisational and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving startup, technology or engineering environment. Experience in deeptech, aerospace, defence, manufacturing or R&D-driven; organisations would be an advantage.
- Positive working knowledge of HRMS platforms, spreadsheets and standard productivity tools.
Integrity & Confidentiality
Integrity is a fundamental requirement for this position. The role involves access to sensitive employee information, confidential management discussions and matters requiring judgement and discretion.
We expect the person in this role to demonstrate honesty, objectivity, confidentiality and fairness in interactions across the organisation. Integrity, professional judgement and the ability to handle sensitive situations responsibly will form an important part of our assessment during the interview process.
