Job Summary

We are looking for a Jr. Executive – Export to support export documentation, shipment coordination, customs clearance, and customer communication, ensuring timely and accurate execution of export shipments.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end export shipments from order receipt to dispatch.

Prepare and verify Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Certificate of Origin, and other export documents.

Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA/customs agents, transporters, and shipping lines.

Track shipment schedules, bookings, vessel details, and delivery timelines.

Coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, Finance, and Sales teams.

Monitor shipments and provide timely status updates to stakeholders and customers.

Support customs clearance and export compliance activities.

Maintain export records,



shipment trackers, and documentation for audits.

Resolve documentation discrepancies and shipment-related issues.

Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory: MS Excel

Qualification: B.Com, BBA, MBA – International Business / Logistics preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years in Export / Logistics / Shipping / International Trade, preferably in manufacturing.

Good knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, Incoterms, and shipping processes.

Robust communication, coordination, and attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

ERP/SAP/QAD experience will be an added advantage.
