Qualifications / Experience Required

1. MBA / CA / CFA or equivalent postgraduate qualification, with 15+ years of post-graduate experience in real estate,retail, or institutional asset management, including a demonstrated track record in senior leadership roles.
2. Proven experience leading large-scale retail / commercial real estate portfolios (5 million+ sqft.) with full P&Lownership; and Board-level reporting responsibility.
3. Deep expertise in financial modelling, valuation, capital planning and investment decision-making, with
4. experience presenting to Boards, investors, and institutional stakeholders.
5. Working knowledge of Indian real estate law, SEBI REIT regulations, Ind AS and FEMA, plus retail-specific compliance (fire NOCs, trade licences, local body approvals).
