Job Title: Marketing Executive – Business Development & Sales

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive with experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Merchandising within the export industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in lead generation, buyer communication, product development coordination, and international sales support.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business development and sales activities to generate recent business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and lead generation to identify potential international buyers.
- Manage international buyer communication and onboarding.
- Coordinate sampling, costing, and product development for new buyers.
- Work closely with design and merchandising teams to support product development.
- Assist in pricing, product category planning, and export process understanding.
- Coordinate with buyers from international trade fairs and ensure timely post-show follow-ups.




- Ensure packaging standards meet international market requirements.
- Maintain detailed records, reports, and presentations for internal and external communication.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Merchandising (preferably in export industry).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of export processes, pricing, and product categories.
- Experience in market research and lead generation.
- Ability to manage international buyer communication effectively.
- Proficiency in Adobe tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
