We are hiring experienced candidates for Telecalling, CRM, Business Development, and Inside Sales positions at its West Tambaram location.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in customer handling, lead follow-ups, and sales coordination.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers.
- Generate and manage leads and sales inquiries.
- Explain company offerings and respond to customer questions.
- Maintain customer databases and update CRM records.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business.
- Schedule appointments and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Prepare daily calling and sales activity reports.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and support business targets.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in telecalling, CRM, inside sales,



or business development.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- CRM experience is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary Up to ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
