- Patient Billing: Manage OPD, IPD, emergency, procedure, surgery, diagnostic, pharmacy, and other hospital billing activities.

- Final Billing &
- Discharge:

Prepare and verify final patient bills and coordinate with concerned departments for timely and accurate discharge.

- Insurance &

- TPA Billing:

Process insurance/TPA cases, including pre-authorizations, package billing, extensions, final approvals, and claim-related documentation.

- Bill Verification: Verify room charges, consultation fees, investigations, procedures, medicines, consumables, implants, professional fees, and other applicable charges.

- Payment Collection: Collect deposits, advance payments, final payments, and outstanding amounts and issue receipts as per hospital procedures.

- Corporate &

- Credit Billing:

Handle billing for corporate clients and credit patients and ensure proper supporting documents are maintained.

- Query Resolution:



Address billing-related queries from patients, attendants, insurance companies, TPAs, and internal departments professionally.

- Coordination: Coordinate with doctors, nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, diagnostics, front office, insurance/TPA, and finance teams for smooth billing operations.

- MIS &

- Reconciliation:

Prepare daily/monthly billing, collection, outstanding, and reconciliation reports and identify discrepancies for correction.

- Compliance &

- Documentation:

Maintain accurate billing records, follow hospital SOPs and financial controls, and ensure confidentiality of patient and financial information.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
