Position Title: Executive - Business Development

Location: PAN India

Reporting To: Manager – Business Development & IBB

Department: Services - IBB

Objective: Support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of business programs and strategic initiatives by driving effective coordination, stakeholder engagement, operational efficiency, and performance tracking.

Ensure timely achievement of program objectives through structured project management, process improvements, and data-driven decision-making.

Accountability

Program Execution & Coordination

•Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of business programs and strategic initiatives.

•Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.

•Track program timelines, key deliverables, performance metrics, and project outcomes.

•Identify risks, dependencies, and operational bottlenecks and recommend appropriate solutions.

•Ensure alignment of program activities with business objectives and organizational priorities.

Stakeholder Management

•Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

•Act as a key point of contact for program-related communication and coordination.

•Facilitate regular review meetings, status updates, and progress discussions.

•Ensure stakeholder expectations are aligned with project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

•Coordinate effectively across teams to ensure smooth execution of program initiatives. Business Operations & Process Improvement

•Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

•Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, presentations, and MIS to track program performance.

•Support the implementation of process standardization, best practices,



and continuous improvement initiatives.

•Conduct research, data analysis, and performance tracking to support informed decision-making.

•Monitor key operational metrics and recommend actionable improvements. Issue Resolution & Compliance

•Monitor ongoing projects and proactively address operational challenges.

•Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues and ensure uninterrupted program delivery.

•Escalate critical concerns when required and track resolution to closure.

•Ensure adherence to organizational policies, operational guidelines, and established processes.

•Support governance and compliance requirements across assigned programs.

Competencies

•Strong project coordination and stakeholder management capabilities

•Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

•Familiarity with CRM, project management, and workflow management tools

•Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities in a quick-paced environment

Experience

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field

•Minimum 1+ year of experience in Program Management, Operations, Business Development, Project Coordination, or related roles

•Proven experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, business operations,



process improvement, performance tracking, MIS reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and the use of project management, CRM, or workflow management tools.
