The Toy Association of India is looking for a smart, organised and professionally presentable candidate to work closely with the President, Mr. Ajay Aggarwal, and support the Head – Export Promotion Mission (EPM).

Key Responsibilities

- Work as Executive/Personal Assistant to the President and manage his meeting calendar, appointments and follow-ups.
- Coordinate meetings with Government departments, embassies, trade bodies, international buyers and other stakeholders.
- Assist the Head – Export Promotion Mission in export-development activities and international market initiatives.
- Coordinate international buyer meetings, trade delegations, exhibitions, webinars and B2B interactions.
- Prepare professional emails, meeting notes, presentations, reports and follow-up communications.
- Maintain databases and track significant meetings, commitments and action points.
- Support communication with TAI members regarding export opportunities and Government initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- Graduate/Postgraduate in International Business, International Trade, Foreign Trade, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
- Preferably 1–3 years of experience in international trade, export promotion, trade development or executive coordination.
- Freshers with a strong qualification/background in International Business or Foreign Trade may also be considered.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Understanding of export documentation, DGFT, trade bodies, international markets or Government schemes would be an advantage.
- Confident and professional while interacting with senior Government officials, industry leaders and international stakeholders.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
