Process Specialist - US Insurance

As a Process Specialist in our Finance/Insurance division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring flawless transaction processing and outstanding service standards. Responsibilities

- Review, analyze, and process transactions strictly following business process documents.
- Ensure customer happiness by displaying accuracy and attention to detail.
- Process transactions in a timely and methodical manner, striving to meet service standards.
- Work on routine matters with minimum supervision and demonstrate the ability to multitask.
- Continuously update job knowledge with available resources, resulting in a positive impact at work.
- Accept ownership for new and different requests assigned by supervisors and use your initiative in a team setting.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from internal and external collaborators.
- Adhere to compliance, information security, and regulatory requirements both internally and externally.
- Align with PGS policies and show flexibility according to business requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience from a recognized and accredited university, with 15 years of formal education.
- Operate ethically and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Exhibit a strong sense of integrity and actively engage with all entities within Principal Financial Group.
- Provide timely, courteous, and excellent service at an acceptable cost to all customers.
