Role Description The Execution role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. The individual in this role will oversee the execution of engineering and construction projects, ensuring work is carried out according to technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Daily responsibilities include coordinating with site teams and subcontractors, monitoring progress, managing resources, and addressing operational issues to maintain quality and efficiency. The role involves preparing and reviewing execution plans, supporting project documentation, and communicating status updates to project managers and stakeholders.



The Execution professional will also contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and supporting compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong project execution and site management skills, including coordination of civil, solar, or power T&D; activities.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards for on-site implementation.
- Proficiency in basic project planning tools and reporting, with a focus on timelines, resource allocation, and cost control.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, risk management practices, and compliance requirements in engineering and construction environments.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a structured approach to handling operational challenges on site.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or related field) or Construction Management is preferred.
- Prior experience in EPC project execution within solar, civil, or power transmission and distribution projects is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area and adapt to dynamic project requirements and schedules.
