- Location: Pune, Maharashtra
- Process: UK & US International Process
- Process Type: Voice & Chat / Blended
- Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
- Working Days: 5 Days Working
- Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Days
- Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts
- Cab Facility: Both-Way Cab
- Joining: Immediate / As per process requirements

SALARY & BENEFITS
- Freshers: Up to 4 LPA
- Experienced Candidates: Up to 6.7 LPA

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA For Freshers

- Undergraduate or Graduate candidates from any stream
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong customer-service orientation and willingness to learn




- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts

For Experienced Candidates

- Minimum 6 months of International Voice Process experience is mandatory
- Experience in International BPO or Customer Support is preferred
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills

Essential Skills

- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach
- Ability to handle queries, resolve concerns and multitask effectively
- Willingness to work from the Pune office in rotational shifts

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer queries from UK and US customers through voice calls and chat.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience across every interaction.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Maintain productivity, quality and other process-related performance metrics.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the relevant systems.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when required.
