KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage end-to-end event operations and production.
- Coordinate vendors, venue teams, logistics, and manpower.
- Execute corporate events, exhibitions, activations, and conferences.
- Manage AV, sound, lighting, LED, staging, and technical production.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, BOQs, and resource allocation.
- Supervise on-ground setup, rehearsals, live execution, and dismantling.
- Troubleshoot challenges and ensure seamless event delivery.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR





- Relevant experience in event management, operations, or production.
- Strong coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of event production and logistics.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Ownership, accountability, and a solution-oriented mindset.
