- AR calling and insurance follow-ups
- Denial management and claim resolution
- Physician billing and hospital billing
- Claim status follow-up and appeals
- Ensuring timely insurance reimbursements
Eligibility Criteria:
- Mandatory experience in US Healthcare AR Calling
- Hands-on experience in denial management
- Experience in physician billing or hospital billing
- Positive communication skills for voice process
- Freshers are not eligible
- Active PF account is mandatory
