Role Description The Event Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for events and travel services, managing the sales pipeline, and building long-term relationships with corporate and private clients.

The Event Sales

Manager will collaborate with the events and operations teams to develop proposals, customize packages, and ensure smooth execution of social events, corporate events, and MICE programs. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings and presentations, negotiating contracts and pricing,



preparing sales reports and forecasts, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tools. The role also includes monitoring market trends, participating in networking activities, and contributing to strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Event Planning and Event Management skills, with experience coordinating corporate and private events.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, preferably in events, travel, or hospitality.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present proposals clearly and build trusted client relationships.
- Candidates should possess expertise in managing Private Events, with an understanding of client personalization and premium service delivery.
- Relevant experience in MICE, travel, or hospitality industries is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on results.
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM or sales management tools.
