Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month, based on performance, skills and experience.

About the Role

Art Beat Daily is looking for an energetic and organized Events & Partnerships Intern to assist with exhibitions, workshops, pop-ups and creative collaborations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, building connections and working behind the scenes to make events happen.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Reach out to artists, photographers, brands and creative businesses

•⁠ ⁠Contact potential collaborators, vendors and event partners

•⁠ ⁠Send collaboration proposals and event information

•⁠ ⁠Follow up with interested artists, brands and participants

•⁠ ⁠Maintain databases of artists, vendors, brands and partners

•⁠ ⁠Track confirmations, registrations and payments

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate participant forms and terms & conditions

•⁠ ⁠Assist with event planning and logistics

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with vendors and collaborators before events

•⁠ ⁠Assist with event setup and on-ground coordination





•⁠ ⁠Support the team during exhibitions, workshops and pop-ups

Who We’re Looking For

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•⁠ ⁠Confident speaking to recent people

•⁠ ⁠Proactive and comfortable with calls, WhatsApp and Instagram outreach

•⁠ ⁠Well-organized and valuable at follow-ups

•⁠ ⁠Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

•⁠ ⁠Students or freshers from Event Management, Marketing, Design, Hospitality, Mass Communication or related fields are welcome
