Ovio Planners is a corporate event management company specializing in corporate events, brand activations, and experiential marketing. We are looking for a proactive and organized Event Operations Executive to join our team and support the planning and execution of events.

Job Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events and brand activations.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal team members.
- Manage event logistics, including materials, equipment, schedules, and on-site arrangements.
- Support event setup, execution, and post-event activities.
- Ensure events run smoothly and are completed within the planned timeline.
- Handle event-related documentation, reports, and coordination tasks.
- Be available for on-site event duties when required.




- Support business development and sales activities when there are no ongoing event operations.

Requirements

- Any degree; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Willingness to travel locally and work at event venues when required.
- Ability to work in a team and handle responsibilities under pressure.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and problem-solving skills.
