We are looking for enthusiastic, creative, and well-organized Event Managers to join our Advertising and Event Management team. The ideal candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for planning and executing events.

Freshers with an interest in event management and experienced candidates with strong event coordination skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish.
- Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and expectations.
- Manage event schedules, vendors, and logistics.
- Coordinate with decorators, production teams, caterers, photographers, and other service providers.
- Handle exhibitions, corporate events, weddings, product launches, promotional activities, and special events.
- Supervise on-site event setup and ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Ensure events are delivered on time and within the approved budget.
- Handle last-minute changes and resolve on-site issues effectively.




- Maintain good client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements
- Any degree or relevant qualification preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible schedule during events.
- A creative mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication is preferred.

Experience
- Freshers: Candidates with an interest in event planning and management are welcome.
- Experienced: Candidates with prior experience in event management, exhibitions, weddings, or corporate events will be preferred.
