About CORE: (Culture of Real Experiences) is an experiential IP by Elements Media Works, built around pop culture, gaming, anime, creators and Gen Z communities.

We’re looking for an Event Marketing professional who can take an event from idea to audience - building buzz, driving participation and creating memorable experiences across both online and offline platforms.

What You’ll Do

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for events, IPs and experiences.
- Plan and manage online + offline event campaigns from pre-event to post-event.
- Drive event registrations, ticket sales, footfalls and audience engagement.
- Build campaigns across social media, digital, influencer, partnerships and community platforms.
- Collaborate with creative, social media, influencer, production and event teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Identify and manage brand, community, media and promotional partnerships.
- Coordinate with vendors,



agencies and external partners for marketing requirements.
- Track campaign performance, budgets and key event metrics.
- Stay updated on pop culture, gaming, anime, creators, youth trends and emerging communities.

What We’re Looking For

1. A 5+ years of experience in Event Marketing, Experiential Marketing, Brand Marketing or a similar role.
2. Experience handling both online and offline event marketing campaigns.
3. Robust understanding of digital marketing, social media and audience acquisition.
4. Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and timelines.
5. Strong communication, coordination and execution skills.
6. Someone who is creative, proactive and hands-on.
7. A genuine interest in pop culture, gaming, anime, music, creators and youth culture will be a strong advantage.
