Role Description The Event Manager role at Aareana Production is a full-time, on-site position based in Saket.

The Event

Manager is responsible for end-to-end event planning and execution, including understanding client requirements, developing event concepts, and creating detailed project plans and timelines. Daily tasks include coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, overseeing logistics, and ensuring all technical and creative elements are delivered on time and to specification. The role involves conducting site visits, supervising event setup and teardown, and addressing on-the-spot issues to maintain smooth operations.

The Event

Manager will also collaborate closely with internal teams,



manage client communication, and provide post-event reports and feedback to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong event planning and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple events and tight timelines.
- Experience coordinating vendors, venue partners, and external service providers for weddings, corporate, and social events.
- Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and basic contract management for event-related services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage clients, negotiate with vendors, and lead on-site teams.
- Ability to work on-site during setup, event execution, and teardown, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Robust problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to remain calm under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with event production tools, timelines, checklists, and basic understanding of audiovisual and décor elements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience in an events agency or production house is highly beneficial.
