What you’ll do

Manage and execute events, brand activations, exhibitions, launches, and corporate events for Grevol and its brands—ensuring smooth execution from planning to post-event closure.

- Plan and execute events: Coordinate events end-to-end, including planning, logistics, vendor coordination, on-ground execution, and post-event activities
- Support event concepts: Work with the Marketing team to develop engaging event concepts aligned with brand and business objectives
- Manage event logistics: Coordinate venues, branding, AV setup, hospitality, transportation, equipment, permissions, and other event requirements
- Coordinate vendors: Work with event agencies, fabricators, decorators, photographers, production teams, and other vendors
- Drive on-ground execution: Be present at events and coordinate vendors, internal teams, promoters, guests, and other stakeholders
- Support brand activations: Execute roadshows, exhibitions, product showcases, customer events, employee events, and other marketing activations
- Coordinate internal teams: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Business, HR, and other teams to ensure smooth event execution
- Maintain brand standards: Ensure event branding, displays, communication material, merchandise,



and customer touchpoints follow brand guidelines
- Manage multiple events: Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and execution standards
- Track event outcomes: Maintain event reports covering attendance, leads, engagement, expenses, feedback, and key outcomes
- Continuously improve: Identify opportunities to improve event planning, execution, vendor coordination, and audience engagement

What we’re looking for

- 2 to 4 years of experience in Event Management, Event Production, Brand Activations, Experiential Marketing, or Corporate Events
- Hands-on experience in planning and executing events from concept to closure
- Experience in vendor coordination and event agency management
- Experience in managing exhibition setups.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Good understanding of event production, branding, fabrication, AV, logistics, and on-ground execution
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
- Good negotiation and basic budgeting skills
- Comfortable working on-ground and managing events under tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel for events and activations as required
- Experience in automotive, EV, mobility, technology, consumer brands, or startup environments will be an advantage
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
