Event Management Intern

Location: MG Road, Bangalore

Type: Full-time / Part-time

About the Role:

We’re seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Event Management Intern to help bring our events to life from concept to execution. You’ll gain hands-on experience in planning, coordination, and on-ground event operations while working alongside a dynamic creative team.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events
- Support logistics, vendor coordination, and client communication
- Help with event marketing, social media promotions, content creation, and outreach
- Provide on-site assistance during events, ensuring smooth execution
- Collaborate with the creative and production teams for ideation and setup
- Manage timelines, checklists,



and coordination between teams

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Passion for events, creativity, and experiential marketing
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

This is a hybrid type, both work from home and will require to be in office most days. Job Types: Full time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Freelance

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
