Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented True Value Evaluator to join our team at Sai Service, Kottayam. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting and evaluating pre-owned vehicles, assessing their condition and market value, and supporting the purchase and sales process in accordance with Maruti Suzuki True Value standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect and evaluate pre-owned cars based on their mechanical condition, body condition, interiors, and overall performance.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and test drives to assess the condition and identify defects.
- Evaluate vehicles based on age, mileage, service history, accident history, and market demand.
- Estimate the fair market value of vehicles and recommend suitable purchase prices.
- Identify accident-damaged vehicles, major repairs, and other potential issues.
- Prepare accurate vehicle evaluation reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales, service, and True Value teams to ensure smooth vehicle procurement and sales operations.
- Support vehicle sourcing, customer negotiations, and purchase conversions.
- Explain vehicle condition and evaluation findings to customers professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and Maruti Suzuki True Value evaluation standards.




- Keep updated on used-car market trends, competitor pricing, and resale values.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Experience in automobile vehicle inspection, used-car evaluation, or service operations will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of vehicle mechanics, bodywork, and used-car valuation.
- Ability to identify vehicle defects and assess repair requirements.
- Knowledge of the pre-owned car market and vehicle pricing.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to prepare evaluation reports.
- A valid driving licence and the ability to drive vehicles confidently are preferred.

Experience
- Experience in automobile dealerships, used-car evaluation, or vehicle inspection is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant automobile qualifications and a strong interest in vehicle evaluation may also apply.
