Are you an experienced ETL/Data Operations professional with strong SQL skills and a passion for troubleshooting data pipelines? We’re looking for an ETL Analyst to join our team and help ensure reliable, timely, and high-quality data delivery.
Role: ETL Analyst – Data Operations
Experience: 4–6 Years
What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitor ETL jobs, workflows, and batch processes in a production/support environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline, job, and system issues
- Perform data validation and support data quality checks
- Write, analyze, and optimize SQL queries, with hands-on experience in PostgreSQL
- Support root cause analysis and implement corrective fixes
- Work with AWS-based data platforms, including services such as S3 and Glue
- Ensure timely execution of jobs and adherence to defined SLAs
- Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to drive issue resolution
- Follow ITIL processes and operational best practices
Must-Have Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in ETL/Data Support & Operations
- Robust SQL skills with hands-on PostgreSQL experience
- Basic to intermediate Python knowledge
- Exposure to AWS services, particularly S3 and Glue
- Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution
- Good understanding of data warehousing concepts
- Familiarity with ITIL processes
Good to Have
- Experience with monitoring and scheduling tools
- Production support experience with SLA adherence
- Understanding of data validation and data quality checks
- Exposure to the Life Sciences domain
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
