Role ETL Analyst Data Operations

Must-Have Skills

- 2-3 years of experience in ETL/Data support and operations
- Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in PostgreSQL
- Basic to intermediate Python knowledge
- Exposure to AWS services (S3, Glue, etc.)
- Experience in incident resolution and troubleshooting
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts
- Familiarity with ITIL processes

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with monitoring and scheduling tools
- Exposure to production support environments with SLA adherence
- Basic understanding of data validation and quality checks
- Domain exposure to Life Sciences
- Good communication skills for stakeholder interaction

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor ETL jobs, workflows, and batch processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline and system issues
- Perform data validation and support data quality checks
- Write and optimize SQL queries for analysis and issue resolution
- Assist in root cause analysis and implement fixes
- Work with AWS-based data platforms for monitoring and support
- Ensure timely execution of jobs and adherence to defined timelines
- Coordinate with team members and stakeholders for issue resolution
