Estimation Analyst | Construction Estimation & Take-Offs

Responsible for reviewing construction documents, architectural drawings, and project specifications to prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for flooring, wall coatings, and lining projects. Analyze project requirements to assess bidding feasibility and support the preparation of timely and competitive bid submissions.

Perform detailed measurements of floor and wall areas, room dimensions, and cove base linear footage using Bluebeam and other estimation tools. Interpret construction drawings and specifications to identify product requirements, special conditions, scope variations, and potential project risks.

Prepare and maintain structured estimation spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel, ensuring accurate measurement calculations, organized data tracking, and comprehensive documentation. Manage project opportunities and maintain estimation records, marked-up drawings,



specifications, and related documents in Salesforce CRM.

Collaborate with Territory Managers and internal stakeholders to communicate project details, clarify technical requirements, highlight deviations, and ensure smooth coordination throughout the estimation process. Review project documents carefully to maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance with bid requirements.

Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills while managing multiple projects and meeting submission deadlines. Focus on measurement accuracy, documentation quality, project feasibility, and effective workflow management to support business development, informed decision-making, and successful bidding outcomes.
