Job Title: Senior Engineer / Associate Manager Estimation

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare project cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs for civil, finishing, interior, and infrastructure works.

- Analyze architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

- Perform rate analysis based on DSR, CPWD, and prevailing market rates.

- Prepare project budgets, tender estimates, and commercial proposals.

- Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations and support commercial negotiations.

- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Planning, and Execution teams.

- Identify cost optimization and value engineering opportunities.

- Review estimates and guide junior team members, as applicable.

Eligibility:

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- 3–8 years of experience in estimation and costing within real estate/construction.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, BOQ preparation, and rate analysis.

- Solid analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

- Team handling experience preferred for Associate Manager.
